Hotel's reception was friendly with decent personnel. Our room was updated and bright, had a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. It was central and close to Baldface Lodge. All in all the stay was good, we would stay here again.

My stay here was very pleasant. Everything was really good - central location and good service. My economy room was beautiful, I enjoyed it. All staffs were helpful. Lots of food options close enough to the venue. The library bar was lively and the drinks were warm.

Great beds, poolside bar was stylish. I loved an antique decor and contemporary furniture. And btw there were SUPERB views of the bay! Staff were more than helpful and made sure that I had extra special stay. Gorgeous garden and excellent pool area.

Well maintained, clean hotel with absolutely perfect rooms and very very helpful staff. Spectacular location relatively near kootenay lake. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. The breakfast was hot, featured lots of meals
